Our FSBO Leads Research Assistant service is only $39 per month via email. If you choose to hire us for more than a month the monthly cost is less. As long as it is for your own personal use and not to re-distribute to others, anyone may purchase our FSBO service including Title, Escrow & Loan Reps, Investors ... anyone.
There is no one time setup fee.
We cover over 300 areas throughout North America. Please see our list of areas covered to see if we cover your area. If you don't see your area contact us. We can usually set up an area in a matter of a couple of weeks.
No. We have a month to month service option.
Our assistants search newspapers, look through FSBO websites and scour through FSBO magazines.
Each day we get the newspapers and retype the relevant information into our database.
If the address is missing we run the phone number against other data sources and try to locate the owners name and address. If the phone number is missing then we run the address against other data sources and try to locate the owners name and phone number. You get all of the contact information available in the newspapers but remember that the other data sources have older more out dated information and so can be wrong.
We also do not send you a Fsbo listing if we can tell that it is an agent listing. In most states agents are required to identify themselves but frequently do not, so it is sometimes impossible for us to identify them.
If you did the same research you would get the same results but pay more than if you hired us to do the work.
Not many. The average number of clients we have in any given area is 8. Our clients come from a variety of professions including real estate agents, mortgage professionals, title companies, appraisal companies, insurance companies, carpet cleaners, home improvement companies, etc.
Yes. We will give you up to two adjacent areas for a total of $39 per month. Additional areas are an additional $10 per month per area.
Yes. For no additional charge we can send the daily leads to you in a comma delimited format, which you can then import directly into any software you use.
We are committed to finding every "By Owner" that is reasonably available. That is our job, and we have made it really easy for you to check on us. If you see a "By Owner" advertised that you suspect we missed, just call, fax, or email us the phone number for the ad (or ads) we missed. We will manually search our database and respond to you with the exact date when we found the ad for the first time. If it's discovered that we have missed some "By Owners", we will immediately find out why and rectify the situation.
The only reason you would ever get a REALTOR on our list is if the agent did not indicate their "agency" in the ad. These are "blind" classified ads and we have no way of knowing that they are REALTOR listed.
This will happen occasionally. The phone number is always taken directly from the paper or internet ad, etc. BUT the names & addresses are not. We obtain the names and addresses by performing a reverse search on every ad using the phone number. Although we only use the most recent reverse directory available, such directories are notorious for being a little outdated. It is also possible that the sellers are selling a property other than their primary residence. (Please see HOW TO READ THE LEADS section below for further clarification).
Several things may be occurring here:
1) the individual you have called is selling a home other than their own residence
2) the individual you are speaking with is uninformed
3) sometimes they may be untruthful with you because or are an agent, or possibly
4) someone along the line, typically the newspaper, has mistyped the info.
Although errors will undoubtedly occur, in 10 years there have only been two occasions where the typing error has been ours. When you find a situation like this, call and let us check it out for you.
Seven days a week by 10am your local time, you receive all the NEW Fsbo's in your area via email. The information is in the email body as opposed to in an attachment. But we also provide an attachment that can be imported into your other software.
Since Fsbo's have a slower marketing pace than Expireds your first email includes about 30 days of inventory. Our FSBO Subscriber Agreement has more details.
All numbers that we provide you are compared to the National Do-Not-Call-List and flagged when they match. We will not knowingly provide you with any un-flagged phone numbers that are on the National Do-Not-Call-List, however, you agree to hold us, and everyone associated with us, harmless should you call someone on the National-Do-Not-Call-List. You further agree to subscribe to the National-Do-Not-Call-List as a condition of obtaining this subscription. The first five area codes are free.
